"I called two years ago to see if I could get a lower rate for my son's insurance. Due to his history (credit / accident / etc.) he was only able to get insured by a Namebrand insurance for 4500$ every 6 months. Melinda suggested that I increase the deductible for the Namebrand insurance. Doing so resulted in a decrease in the premium to 4000$ saving us $1000 over 1 year. She suggested that I contact her State Farm office again in 2 years and get another insurance quote. Our premium continued to be the same at the Namebrand insurance despite being accident free and with an improved credit. I called this afternoon. When I mentioned my name and request on the phone, they immediately knew my son's car, information and driving record as they had his file pulled to contact me on 12/5/2025 (two years after my last contact with them. Their staff was courteous and knowledgeable and was able to offer a rate of $2300 representing a savings of over 3400$ a year. In addition, he will sign up for the Drive Safe and Save program offering potential additional savings. I would highly recommend Melinda and her staff for their excellent customer service.
